 Privacy Policy:

Poochie Palace values all customers and respects their privacy. We will only use your details to process your order and to advertise new products. We do not issue them to third parties. Any information we have about you will be stored with the ulmost care and security. We use paypal to secure payment to ensure that all transactional information is protected.

Payment Method:

Poohie Palace will accept all major credit cards/ debit cards via paypal. 

Delivery Times and Cost:

Poochie Palace will aim to dispatch all deliveries within 24 hours. If your item is not in stock we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or refund. Delivery is £3.50 per order or free for orders over £50.00 (this postage does not apply to our bespoke beds)  Unfortunately, due the amazing quality of our beds the weight of these items are very heavy.  Delivery per bed is £15.00 via a specialist courier service.

Returns Policy:

If any of Poochie Palaces purchases fail to meet your expectation, we will exchange or refund your purchase on condition that you return the goods within 7 days of reciept of the purchase. Goods have to be in an unused condition, with the orginal packing.

Poochie Palace can not take back personalied items, special order items or discontinued items.

Poochie Palace advice you to send items back via recorded delivery. We cannot take responsibility for items loss in transit. Postage cost will be at customer expense and not refunded.
