These beds are powder coated.  Powder Coating does not release toxic chemicals into the air, it offers a superior finish combined with an excellent durability that will extend the life of your dog bed. Powder coating does not fade and is chip and crack resistant and flexible. No special cleaners or polish needed to maintain a powder coated product.
